Contract range
With the exception of our Budgetline and Yarrow ranges, all Contract Range Chairs are covered by a five year guarantee which is fully inclusive of fabrics and components.

The Budgetline range (BOH, BOM, BOS) has a one year guarantee; the SPHAA, SPMA and SPMCAB models are guaranteed for two years. The Yarrow range (YOH, YOM and YOMD) is guaranteed for three years.

Under the above guarantees, the seating must not be in use for more than 8 hours per day and will be subject to normal maintenance.

The Zircon, Symphony and Mercury chairs are tested to British Standard certification BS 5459: Part 2: 2000 for 24 hour use by persons weighing up to 150kg.
